We were involved at a very early stage with the architect with this high quality new build property.

We have combined Solar PV, an Air Source Heat Pump, Under floor heating, MVHR (Mechanical Ventilation, Heat Recovery), and the first and second fix plumbing.

Although we have used some of the most cutting edge components on this build the client wasn’t quite ready for the EV (Electric Vehicle Charge Point) or the Tesla Power Wall battery storage system – so we have made provision to add these components at a later stage, meaning the cost will be minimal.
