• Technical advice and support on your system from experienced PV engineers available throughout the year.

Costs:

• Up to 4kw £145 inc vat* – per visit
• Up to 10kw £290 inc vat* – per visit
• Above 10kw – P.O.A.

Please be advised we do not carry out a Panel Clean, unless ground mounted.

• Visual inspection of roof fittings, joints, panels (with suitable and safe roof access where possible)
• Checking pressure relief valves
• Visual inspections of pump
• Refreshing & recharging Glycol – if required
• Re-pressuring

Air Source Heat Pump Service

A standard air source heat pump service includes:

• Visual inspection of the system
• Removing pump casing to inspect and clear debris
• Checking anti-freeze levels and integrity
• Checking fans and clearing debris
• Checking pipe work for leaks
• Cleaning boiler buddy and filters
• Check operation of inverter and of compressor.

Costs:

• This package starts from £295.00 inc vat*
• Servicing our installation: £220.00 inc vat*

Ground Source Heat Pump Service

A standard ground source heat pump package includes:

• Visual inspection of the system
• Removing pump casing to inspect and clear out debris
• Checking pipe work for leaks
• Checking filters
• Refresh and recharge ground loops – if required
• Antifreeze test
• Pressurise system to manufacturer’s guidelines.

Costs:

• This package starts from £370.00 inc vat*
• Servicing our installation: £252.00 inc vat*

• Ash tray removal and clean
• Cleaning of heat exchanger
• Check condition of fire bricks
• Clean heat exchange tubes
• Remove and clean flue gas temperature probe
• Cleaning of combustion path
• Lambada check and clean
• Inspection and clean of fan and housing
• Grease of bearings
• Check delivery system and clean where possible
• Manually test moving parts
• Visual check of fuel store
• Test of flue gases, and alarms
• Re-start and check ignition and heat guns

Boilers need to be turned off at least 12 hours prior to our engineers visit.

Please note servicing can take up to 4 hours.

Seasonal Service Package – Two Services

In some cases more than one service per annum is required, either due to the boiler type or usage.  For these scenarios we can offer two services, a minor and major service, generally these are best timed just before and just after winter.

Costs:

• From £733.34 + vat*
