Ground source heat pumps

Ground heat pumps harness the stored solar energy from just beneath the ground surface, via a horizontal collector loop which is located at a depth of approximately one metre below ground level and at a distance of approximately one metre apart.

Boiler Upgrade Scheme

The Boiler Upgrade Scheme will work on a “first-come, first-served basis,” with customers having to first to register their interest with heat pump or biomass installers, like OHM Energy. We will then apply for the £7,500 grant from Ofgem on your behalf and remove that amount from your total installation bill.
