We installed a 11.2kW Mitsubishi Ecodan air source heat pump in Hailsham for one of our clients who will enjoy a warm home this winter. Air-source heat pumps are often considered brand-new technology, but any home with a refrigerator already utilises a similar mechanism, as both systems are essentially heat pumps. Thus, ASHPs are a familiar technology in a new application.
