The installation of Heat Pumps has more elements and a higher level of complexity than many realise. When you consider the design, specifications, install and maintenance, as well as the commissioning elements, it is easy to take a misstep that renders the job a loss maker.

We are aware that many tradespeople and building firms like to use their own plumbers for heating work but that they might not have the required level of experience of knowledge to ensure a compliant install of a heat pump system. There are lots of pitfalls that can lead to issues further down the line. For instance, without an MCS certificate the homeowner’s insurance could be invalid. Or if UKPN aren’t informed of a change such as a Heat Pump install and there are issues with the grid it can have serious repercussions.

To help with this and mitigate any risk for your business, we have setup a support system that allows us to lend a hand at any level required. From a full design and install to help applying for grants, you can choose the exact areas you need support to ensure you are delivering the highest quality of work.

Our Services

• Heat Pump specification; including the manufacturer specification, unit sizing, schematic, heat loss analysis – all to MCS standards.
• Installation; full labour and material supply
• Commissioning & MCS; fully commission to manufacturers standard and setup online where applicable. This includes two visits to setup and to handover. Full certificate with MCS, UKPN and local authorities.
• BUS Grant Application; support and apply for the Boiler Upgrade Scheme grant
• Maintenance and Warranty; supply of an annual servicing contract. Extended warranty where applicable.
