🌞 Give the Gift of Solar to Your Community 🌞

Thanks to the generosity of two Sussex companies, we are seeking local good causes to receive a solar panel installation for FREE.

The solar panels have been removed from a company in Uckfield who are upgrading to a larger system, but their panels are still in good condition and local energy installation specialists OHM Energy have offered to install them without charge at the premises of a charity or other local good cause. Reusing the panels saves them from disposal and will provide zero cost low carbon electricity.

We are asking for people to nominate local good causes to receive this amazing offer. At least one of the organisations nominated will receive solar panels. Nominating an organisation puts them under no obligation to receive the panels, at this stage we are just looking for nominations from communities for good causes who would benefit from the offer and if they are chosen, they’ll be contacted to see if they want to proceed if their premises is suitable.

Potential beneficiaries could be: a hospice, community building, scout hut, day centre, school or other good cause.
