Our Process

What happens if you want to install renewable energy technology such as a heat pump or solar panels?

Here is our simple step by step process:

1. Initial conversation

First of all, one of our team will speak to you to really understand the technology you want, why you have chosen it, important details about your property and the kind of budget you are working with. At this point, we can also advise and help you with any grants or financing that you may be eligible for and help you apply.

2. Estimate

If we have enough information from our chat, we can email you an estimate for an indicative price. We can then discuss this in detail to make sure that we have included everything that you want and that the property needs.

3. Survey & Quote

Sometimes before we can accurately produce your quote we will conduct a technical survey on your property. A survey examines your property, your energy needs and the viability of the project to make sure that we install your technology as efficiently as possible. Once we have this information we can provide a final quote.

4. Quote Acceptance

If you are happy with our quote, you pay a small deposit so we can order your materials. At this point we agree a convenient time to install your new system. We can usually install a heat pump or solar panels in 1-2 days depending on the size and complexity of your system.

5. Installation and Commissioning

We are now ready to install your renewable energy solution. If your new system will be 3.68kWp or larger, you may need to apply for a DNO (District Network Operator) permission. We take the hard work away from you here and obtain all the the paperwork such as the DNO permission, commission and warranties.
